We consider ourselves a little bit different from our competitors.  Rather than focusing on aggressive sales techniques and pushing company profits, our business model focuses on employee knowledge.  Our team come from a variety of educational backgrounds.  Most have at least one MBA and all focus exclusively in the commercial mortgage arena.  From Commercial Real Estate fundamentals to highly sophisticated structured finance, the emphasis at Centurion Bancorp is know-how.  We feel that truly understanding our products provide our clients with better choices.  From a simple amortization schedule to net present value internal rate of return calculation models, we are here to assist.  We are frequently consulted to analyze rent rolls, run discounted cash flows, advise on sell-buy or exchange scenarios, and providing detailed narratives on income property compare and contrast alternatives. All of our team pride themselves on working diligently for our clients.  Also, we realize not every situation can be transacted and we know it's important to promptly notify clients of both the good and the bad news.
