What We Offer

Centurion Bancorp provides a wide variety of commercial loan products.  Our emphasis is Multi-Family, Retail Shopping Centers, Industrial and Office Buildings.  Additionally, we have an expertise in transactions that are outside the box, including fast fundings or lender take outs for renegotiated loans. Our minimum loan size on a first trust deed encumbrance is $2 million for Multi-Family and $5 million for all other loan types.  We also consider mezzanine financing on low loan-to-value or higher loan-to-value Trophy Properties in exceptional areas.  Mezzanine financing may require an equity position as well as a debt position.  For Bridge loans our minimum loan amount is $3 million.  Bridge loans typically have a term of one year or less and revenues are fast forwarded through higher initial fees rather than over the 15-25 years life of the loan.  HUD financing is available and extremely competitive, however, timing is currently at 9-12 months.

In our current financial market, we are accepting on a case by case basis, loan workout's that are devised to reduce interest rate, principal debt reduction or both.  Contact us to provide your circumstance and we will let you know if we can assist you and the associated costs. We have been very successful in these endeavors; however, they are very challenging and require a great deal of diligence.

Office loans to 70% loan to value on prime locations.  Cash out available on lower loan to values.

Retail

Rates in the high fours and low fives on well located, anchored tenanted, Neighborhood, Regional, and Super Centers.

Multi-family

Apartment loans 5 units or more with rates starting in the mid 3 percent.  We cover most major cities in the US.
