We welcome all types of properties.  On specialty loans, our minimum loan amount is $5M and we may need a bit more time to source an investor on certain properties.

  • Non-HUD Construction loans to 60% (extremely strong financial capacity required)
  • Mixed Use property's supporting a retail component
  • New York City Co-Operative with underlying mortgages
  • Hotels
  • Parking Garages
  • Owner Occupied Business
  • Commercial Condominium units in large MTA's

Although we accommodate most properties, at this time we do not provide financing on Churches, Gas Stations, Auto Dealerships or highly speculative development projects.   Please contact us if you feel your property may not fit within our criteria or take a few moments and fill in our simple loan application for a fast response.
